The Big Sky Town Center Plaza project was the construction of a community gathering space. Project features included approximately 11 miles of underground conduits and piping, 23,000 square feet of sidewalk, installation of landscaping and plantings, a 200 square foot informational kiosk and AV system for future events.
The YC Barn project is a 32,000 square foot amenity facility completed in December 2019 for the Yellowstone Club members. Project features include approximately 380 tons of structural steel, SIPS panel walls, slate roof, reclaimed wood accents and sidings both inside and out, and other finishes typical to a Yellowstone Club project.
Project encompasses 120 Residential Apartments which consists of (8) 12-plex apartment buildings and (1) 24-plex apartment buildings and is approximately 120,000 sf of new construction. This project features concrete foundations, prefabricated wood wall panels, interior finishes and exterior Hardi-board and steel siding. Due to tight timelines PRG Commercial and our associated subcontractors develop systems to prefabricate the framing, plumbing standpipes, and many of the interior finishes.
Project includes approximately 9,000 square feet of a new light steel building with indoor bays for servicing recreational vehicles of all sizes as well as administrative offices and parts department.
Remodel of approximately 2500 square feet of classroom space in Reid Hall on the Montana State University Campus. Project feature included removal of existing finishes, installation of concrete landings in room 102, steel stud framing, Bamboo Ply Wall accents, and Furnishings.
Project encompassed taking a shell and core structure through a full restaurant tenant improvement. Features include a full commercial kitchen and ventilation system.
The office of international programs was a 3,350sf remodel of an existing space in the Strand Union Building on the Montana State University Campus. Project features included demolition and abatement of the existing finishes, steel stud framing, institutional finishes and shut down and redoing the fire suppression system in the area. All work was done during the spring semester of the university school year and was done in such a manner as not to disturb students.
Project included Replacing exterior wall cladding and weather resistive barriers as well as interior refinishing and finish upgrades.
Approximately 1500 square feet of demolition to an existing tenant space within the MSU Campus Student Union Building and incorporating Firehouse Sub specifications into a finished space.
Approximately 2000 square feet of Tenant Improvement which encompassed the core and shell to a completed project. The project features included completing the pouring of the concrete slab in the space, an interior overhead door, break room with sink and refrigerator, new bathroom, and office space for a busy insurance agency.
